Cardio and Strength combined to provide a challenging yet fun full body workout. Taking place on the first floor functional area, this class is suitable for anyone who wants to get their heart rate up and get a sweat on!

A high energy group cycle workout. This interval training programme combines power and strength with a variety of upbeat music each week. Expect high heart rates & to get a sweat on! Low Intensity Spin - A steady to moderate lunchtime low intensity version of our regular spin classes. Still expect interval training and to work up a good sweat, but with longer recovery periods.

A total body workout inspired by boxing combinations, this class is sure to get you working up a sweat! Alongside motivational music, inspirational instructors will guide you through this challenging workout that works all of the major muscle groups. You'll leave the class feeling elated and ready for more...

An outdoor, circuit training class perfect for improving fitness and strength in a group environment.

Flow through combinations of strength and flexibility movements with a strong focus on breathing techniques. Yoga comes in many forms and disciplines and may vary in speed and intensity but all classes aim to enhance a sense of inner well-being and calm.

A limited capacity weights class with focus on glutes, shoulders & core. Perfect for ladies looking to perfect their technique & expand their knowledge on weight training.

A series of classes focused on building core strength and stability, balance and coordination with the goal of achieving an unassisted handstand.

High-intensity training, designed to increase your cardio output and muscle strength & endurance. Expect high heart rates & to work up a sweat.

This class aims to strengthen your body and your mind. The workouts are mixed with strength and cardio elements and are programmed to help you feel stronger and fitter, so you’re ready for whatever the day throws at you.
