Cardio and Strength combined to provide a challenging yet fun full body workout. Taking place on the first floor functional area, this class is suitable for anyone who wants to get their heart rate up and get a sweat on!


SPIN

A high energy group cycle workout that combines hill climbs, flat terrains, mountain peaks, and time trials. This interval training programme rides to the rhythm of powerful music increasing cardiovascular fitness, leg strength and muscular endurance.

An outdoor, circuit training class perfect for improving fitness and strength in a group environment.

Flow through combinations of strength and flexibility movements with a strong focus on breathing techniques. Yoga comes in many forms and disciplines and may vary in speed and intensity but all classes aim to enhance a sense of inner well-being and calm.

Body Sculpt is a low-impact floor based class that uses hand weights along with a variety of other equipment to condition and sculpt all body parts. Pair this class with the Pure Core Focus class for the perfect workout!

Tabata training is high intensity, interval training style workout, featuring different exercises that last four-minute rounds. Suitable for all abilities!

This 30 minute class is purely focused on core and direct ab work; improve posture and build muscle through a variety of exercises that strengthen abdominals and lower back muscles. This class pairs perfectly with the Body Sculpt class for a total full body workout!

Learn the perfect technique on all the big lifts with our highly qualified Fitness Manager. This class focuses on one compound lift per session and is perfect for gym newbies wanting to learn proper technique, or for intermediate and advanced lifters who are looking to perfect their lifts and increase their potential. Lifts include Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press, Cleans, Press & Front Squats.
