Cardio and Strength combined to provide a challenging yet fun full body workout. Taking place on the first floor functional area, this class is suitable for anyone who wants to get their heart rate up and get a sweat on!

A high energy group cycle workout that combines hill climbs, flat terrains, mountain peaks, and time trials. This interval training programme rides to the rhythm of powerful music increasing cardiovascular fitness, leg strength and muscular endurance.

A total body workout inspired by boxing combinations, this class is sure to get you working up a sweat! Alongside motivational music, inspirational instructors will guide you through this challenging workout that works all of the major muscle groups. You'll leave the class feeling elated and ready for more...

An outdoor, circuit training class perfect for improving fitness and strength in a group environment.

Flow through combinations of strength and flexibility movements with a strong focus on breathing techniques. Yoga comes in many forms and disciplines and may vary in speed and intensity but all classes aim to enhance a sense of inner well-being and calm.

Tabata training is high intensity, interval training style workout, featuring different exercises that last four-minute rounds. Suitable for all abilities!

Learn the perfect technique on all the big lifts with our highly qualified Fitness Manager. This class focuses on one compound lift per session and is perfect for gym newbies wanting to learn proper technique, or for intermediate and advanced lifters who are looking to perfect their lifts and increase their potential. Lifts include Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press, Cleans, Press & Front Squats.
